Terms of Service
Effective date: October 13, 2026 · This English version is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Drop Post (the "Service") provided by 주식회사 윗유 (witU)
("we", "us"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of us and our users.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means our online service that edits videos you upload, publishes or schedules them to the platform accounts you connect, and shows posting results and performance.
- "User" or "you" means anyone who agrees to these Terms and signs up for the Service.
- "Connected platform" means an external platform, such as YouTube, Instagram (including Facebook), or TikTok, that you've given the Service access to.
- "Content" means the videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, hashtags, on-video text, and other material you submit to the Service.
3. Effect of and changes to these Terms
- These Terms are posted in the Service and take effect when you agree to them and sign up.
- We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We'll announce the changes and their effective date in the Service at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to you.
- If you don't agree to the changes, you can stop using the Service and delete your account. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
4. Eligibility and sign-up
- You must be at least 14 years old to sign up.
- You may connect only platform accounts that are your own or that you're lawfully authorized to post to.
- If you sign up using someone else's information or false information, we may restrict your use or delete your account.
5. Accounts and security
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password right away and let us know.
- You grant access to each connected platform by signing in to that platform yourself, and you can revoke it at any time with "Disconnect" in the Service or in the platform's settings.
6. What the Service provides
- We provide: publishing and scheduling videos to connected platforms, editing videos at your request (trim, aspect ratio, text, etc.), posting results and performance data, and other features we may offer.
- The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you the prices and conditions in advance and ask for your separate consent.
- Performance data reflects numbers read from connected platforms at set times and may lag behind or differ from the platforms' current numbers.
7. Rights to your Content
- You or the rightful owner keep all rights, including copyright, in your Content.
- You permit us to store, copy, edit (only when you request editing), and send your Content to connected platforms as needed to carry out your requests. We don't publish or distribute your Content for any other purpose.
- We may use anonymized statistics that can't identify you internally to improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Video files are deleted from our server after posting finishes, so please keep your own copy of the originals.
8. Your obligations
You must not:
- Post Content that infringes others' rights (such as copyright, publicity, or trademark rights) or defames anyone
- Post Content that violates the law or a connected platform's terms or community guidelines
- Spam, post repetitively, or otherwise disrupt a platform's normal operation
- Make abnormally high volumes of requests, bypass or attack security measures, or reverse engineer the Service
- Connect someone else's account or an account you're not authorized to use
9. Ad and sponsorship disclosures
You're responsible for deciding on and selecting any disclosure required for paid, sponsored, or self-promotional Content
(for example, a platform's paid partnership label or disclosures required by law, such as FTC guidelines in the United States).
The Service's disclosure options pass your choice to the platform; because a platform may not apply a label, please check your
published posts yourself.
10. Connected platform terms
The Service uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting and using a YouTube account through the Service, you agree to be bound
by the YouTube Terms of Service. When you connect
other platforms, such as Instagram/Facebook or TikTok, their terms also apply.
11. Changes to or suspension of the Service
We may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages, or changes to or discontinuation of a
connected platform's API. We'll give advance notice in the Service when we can, or notice afterward when we can't.
12. Restrictions and account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your information will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If you violate Section 8, we may restrict your use or delete your account after notice (or after the fact, in urgent cases).
13. Limitation of liability
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures in posting or reading performance data caused by a connected platform's review, policies, outages, or API changes.
- We aren't responsible for the Content you post or disputes arising from it.
- For the free Service, we aren't liable for damages unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service shall be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
